All bikes are professionally packed and shipped 85% assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. Basic tools and a step-by-step guide are included in every box.

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, provided the item is in its original packaging and shows no signs of outdoor wear.

Yes, we offer virtual fitting consultations with our experts to ensure you select the correct frame size. For local customers, in-person precision fitting is available at our flagship maintenance center.
What kind of warranty comes with a Washo bike?
Every Washo frame comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components like drivetrains and brakes are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
